Rich Zou

I grew up in Queens, NY, and now live in San Francisco, CA.

I have been working on investments, incubations, and talent for startups.

Previously I led youth talent at xAI, growth at Delphi (backed by Sequoia & Founders Fund), and investing at Parable.

Before all that, I was a Chinese restaurant kid working at my mom's restaurant in Manhattan's Chinatown. In high school I resold sneakers and played competitive amateur League of Legends, then studied Finance at Northeastern University. Now I'm chasing the American Dream.

Outside of work I enjoy playing poker, hiking, and eating out, especially in Chinatown!
