I grew up in Queens, NY, and now live in San Francisco, CA.
I founded Bo Le Capital, a talent investing fund named after the Chinese mythological figure known for recognizing exceptional horses others overlooked. Previously I led youth talent recruiting at xAI, building the pipeline from scratch, growth at Delphi, and investing at Parable.
Before that, I worked at my mom's restaurant, resold sneakers in high school, and dropped out of Northeastern at 19 to couch surf in SF until I found a reason to stay.
I now angel invest and help startups build their founding teams. I've always been fascinated by the talent business, and I'm building a new talent firm. I spend most of my time trying to be useful to the people building the future and chasing the American Dream one step at a time.
Outside of work, I love playing poker, and I used to play a lot of League of Legends.
